These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1971kt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1971kt.net and all associated gaming, betting, wallet, and customer support services made available through that website.

By completing the 1971kt account registration process, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or wager, or by accessing any restricted area of the 1971kt platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Sports betting: Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body. 1971kt reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error affecting odds, an event being suspended or abandoned, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

Live in-play betting: Bets accepted during a live event are subject to a brief delay between the on-field event and the live stream shown to players. 1971kt accepts live bets in good faith but reserves the right to void bets where it is determined that a bet was placed after the relevant outcome had already been determined in reality, regardless of live stream timing.

Casino games: All casino games on 1971kt — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generators and are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1971kt. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of associated wallet balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or via a proxy identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets, gather odds data, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, access unauthorised funds, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting pools.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through or in connection with the 1971kt platform.
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you, whether to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts, misrepresenting personal information, or using strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting promotional offers ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse").
• Attempting to place bets on sporting events where you have privileged inside information regarding the outcome ("insider betting").
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1971kt support staff or other players via any communication channel.

1971kt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or negligible balance.
• Receipt of a chargeback request or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account restriction or closure.
• At the player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or non-fault reasons (such as player-requested closure or inactivity), verified balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

• Losses arising from a player's own breach of these Terms, including but not limited to losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited conduct.
• Losses arising from the use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

The 1971kt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1971kt takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability, uptime, and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, including up-to-date browser software and antivirus protection.

1971kt may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms take effect. 1971kt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via in-platform notification or email where contact details are verified and current; however, such notification is not a condition of the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the 1971kt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
